Subject: Icon V9 implementation
Errors-To: icon-group-errors@cs.arizona.edu
Hi,
Our project group is implementing a chinese compatible
icon compiler. Our implementation is based on the vitual
stack machine of the original icon interpreter but we found
that it is not very efficient comparing with the original
icon compiler. Is there anyone know how the icon compiler
was build? Is it still based on the virtual stack machine
as the interpreter or there is better representation? And
where can we find more information on icon compiler
implementation? Thanks.
